Kayroon is a compassionate, fun, sincere and loyal person who is passionate about building relationships and growing the business by offering a “world class” service. She wants to be able to make a difference in other’s lives and feels recruitment is an incredibly rewarding industry to be in, knowing that as an individual she can assist someone who has very little to build a career and become successful. Kay never forgets what it was like to be out there looking for a position and ensures that her staff members are respectful, helpful and sincere to all candidates.
